Here you'll find everything your ora needs right now – clear, simple and done in just a few moments.
Open the box and carefully unroll your ora.
Your mattress will be carefully compressed – let it land gently on the bed frame or the floor.
Carefully remove the outer foil and give your ora room to breathe.
Tip: Only cut the foil superficially so that the fabric remains untouched.
Now your mattress will take care of the rest.
Once the foil is removed, your ora will begin to unfold elegantly – all by itself.
Your ora will be ready for use after just a few hours.
It reaches its full form and balance within 24–48 hours .
But you can sleep on it tonight.
Care instructions – How to keep your ora looking like new
With a little attention, your ora will stay fresh, hygienic and in its best condition for many years.
Remove cover & wash
The cover of your ora can be completely removed and gently washed .
To keep it looking beautiful for a long time, we recommend:
- Wash cycle at 30°C in the gentle or delicate wash program
- Mild detergent , without bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- It is best to dry flat in the air , away from direct sunlight.
This keeps the material soft, durable and dimensionally stable.
Regular ventilation
Give your ora some fresh air now and then.
Briefly airing the room every 2-4 weeks for a few hours – without bedding – supports breathability and ensures a fresh sleeping feeling.
Turn & Flip
Your ora is designed with one side facing out – please do not turn it over. To ensure even wear, we recommend turning it every 9–12 months .
Protectors recommended
A high-quality mattress protector protects your ora from moisture and extends its lifespan – without changing the feel of the mattress.
Remove stains
For small areas, a damp cloth , lukewarm water and a mild detergent are sufficient.
Please do not rub – gently patting is sufficient.
Last but not least
With a little care, your ora will accompany you for many years – fresh, comfortable and reliable.
