What is the firmness level of the mattress?
We've perfected the "one-size-fits-all" formula. On a scale of 1 (soft) to 10 (firm), the Ora Ultra scores a perfect 6.5. It's plush on the surface, but offers solid support from the second layer onwards. Ideal for people weighing between 50kg and 180kg.
Will the mattress fit my bed?
Yes. The Ora works on any surface: slatted frame, box spring, pallet bed or even directly on the floor.
How does the return process actually work?
Simply send us an email. Our shipping partner will contact you and pick up the mattress from your home free of charge. You will be refunded within a few days. You do NOT need to cram the mattress back into the box!
Do you really produce in Switzerland?
Yes, the mattress is manufactured in Wolfhausen, in the canton of Zurich, with Swiss precision.
